Suggestions to create a toolbar...

Postby Unknown98 » Sun Jan 30, 2011 2:41 am

I'm planning a project for a few months down the road, once I get Salesman established. I need to create a toolbar that you add to your browser that can query info from a MySQL database and display it in a drop-down box or something. I also need a button that grabs the current URL and inserts it into a MySQL database. It also needs to be 'registered' with a certain user, that also subsquienly needs to be registered on a website. So that when you hit the button, it knows who's account to insert the data into. How you would do this, I guess, is when you download the toolbar, input your login info (username and password). It'll check this against the site, and if it checks out, let you install the toolbar and configure it with your data.
