Hey, i know this post is like a month old so you've probably found the answer by yourself, but i'm going to answer it anyway! :D

First i'm going to make the assumption that by "colors codes" you mean hexadecimal triplets used as a way of representing the RGB colour system in many web documents like HTML and CSS.
Code: Select all
#[0-9a-fA-F]{2}[0-9a-fA-F]{2}[0-9a-fA-F]{2}

So, in answer to the question... December.com has a large set of colours organized into groups of greyscale, hot and cold colours. They provide both a sample of the colour and the hex triplet which you can just copy into the document.

However, i advise you use an editor that has some sort of "colour picker", as you will quickly get frustrated going back and forth, copy and pasting different shades of grey, just so you get it right. One editor/IDE i reccomend is Geany IDE, which will definitely help you with your "html project".

Edit; Forgot to mention that you can use can define colours the following way as well:
Code: Select all
style-property: rgb(RED_VALUE, GREEN_VALUE, BLUE_VALUE);

* This only applies to properties defined in inline style attributes and external stylesheets. (I think.)

Edit; If you ever get round to reading this, feel free to post more questions, i promise i will check back more often.
